At Rockies we are doing our best to protect the environment for future generations with a few sustainability initiatives. We also endeavour to have a reliable and cost-efficient delivery system for all our customers with costs that are easily understood.
When making an online order through Rockies your package will arrive in a 100% home compostable courier bag accompanied by a thank-you note which is made from 100% recycled materials and will biodegrade in your compost too. Know that in store and at every other customer touchpoint we are also making changes to reduce our carbon footprint. Every little bit counts!
Delivery costs for orders over $99 are free. $7 for orders under $99.
Our standard delivery timeframes range from overnight to 4 days (to allow for no weekend courier pick up). During promotional events such as a sale, timeframes may be a little longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience.
International orders are less 15% NZ GST Tax
All prices on our website are inclusive of this tax unless you are logged on with an international address in which case, the GST amount will be automatically deducted from all items.
Please note that due to COVID-19 international delivery timeframes cannot be confirmed and it is taking considerable longer than usual.

For international shipping we offer either NZ Post International Air or NZ Post International Courier options. The former being quicker and tracked. We use NZP rates which will automatically be calculated in your cart depending on the amount of your order.
Should you wish for some alternative shipping options, please email us prior to placing your order.
For orders outside New Zealand and Australia, we may require proof of identity. If required, we will email a request for a copy of the photo page of the purchaser's passport. This must match the name on the credit card used for the purchase. In such cases, the goods will not be dispatched until satisfactory information is received.
