If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with any product that you have purchased, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we can exchange, credit or refund your purchase (subject to the conditions below).

Conditions Applicable to all Returns

We will accept returns dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt provided returned items still have original tags attached and are accompanied by a proof of purchase receipt. Items outside of this timeframe will be accepted at the discretion of Rockies and can only be refunded as a store credit.

Footwear must be returned with its original packaging - footwear returned without its original packaging will not be accepted.

All returned items will be subject to a quality check and must not be worn, damaged or laundered in any way. Items that do not pass the quality check will be returned to you at your cost and will not be exchanged, credited or refunded.


If you wish to exchange an item for another size or colour we will do so, subject to stock availability. Alternatively you may select another item or request a credit or refund.

If the item you want to exchange does not qualify for free shipping, you can either send a return courier satchel with your item to be exchanged or we will call you to make payment over the phone.

Credit or Refund

Credits and refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item following a quality control check below. Refunds will only cover the ticket price of the item(s). Shipping costs/postage charges cannot be refunded.

If your original order qualified for free shipping and your remaining total (after items refunded) is less than the free shipping rate, $7 will be deducted from the value of the returned items.

Sale Items

Sale items are unable to be returned.

Faulty Items

Faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of Rockies or its supplier. Further shipping costs will not be charged were an item is repaired or replaced. Original shipping costs will be refunded where the item is refunded.

Processes for faulty items vary between suppliers, the requirements will be communicated with you via phone or email depending on how you wish to contact us about a faulty item.

Returns Procedure

Please reply to the email sent to you with your invoice and let us know you will be returning the item/s and the reason.

When shipping from outside New Zealand please write "gift" on the consignment note and NCV under the dollar value to avoid delays and fees from customs.
