Let us tell you the story behind this design.
Initially, it was ‘Girls Can Do Anything’. We are really big on female empowerment, and thought it would be really powerful to have a design like that. We would TOTALLY put our boys in a sweater that said ‘Girls Can Do Anything’. But then we thought, why just girls? Are we unintentionally putting boys down? Should we do a ‘Boys Can Do Anything’ design too? Or are we creating a divide? Why would we single out a certain gender?
‘We Can Do Anything’ felt right immediately. It’s about equality. Because isn’t that want we want? Promoting female empowerment is never about boys vs girls. No one is trying to say that girls are better. We are EQUAL. That’s what we’re all fighting for. And that’s exactly what this represents
